How We Work on Commercial Projects
- Plans and scope. Send us plans and specs and we'll review the roof and exterior scope.
- Takeoff and bid. We measure from the plans and send a clear, itemized proposal.
- Paperwork. Certificate of insurance and W-9 on request.
- Scheduling. We set dates around the GC's schedule and other trades.
- Install. Our crews handle roofing, siding and gutters, keeping the site organized.
- Close-out. We walk the punch list and close it out.
Commercial Systems
Standing seam for retail, office, schools and mixed-use buildings where the roof is part of the design. AG panel for shops, warehouses and metal buildings. TPO for flat and low-slope roofs. Fiber cement and metal siding for walls. Using one contractor for roof, walls and gutters means fewer handoffs at the transitions where leaks usually happen.
